"One of the best in customer service ever" John Casco is excellent. He takes wonderful care of his customers from start to finish. Great guy who cars about his customers be for and after the sale. "Awesome Service " John helped us out, first time car shoppers and had a lot of questions. John answered all of them and put us at ease and was very knowledgeable about everything. "Lovely Lad; personable AF!" What a great Lad, I really don't know how much more I could possibly say. He's got it all, the world is his oyster. He's got the looks; stunning! He's got the tan; so exotic - Ay Papi! The accent - whew. He's a baja panti! And check out his .. eyes.. they are stunning! This Funky Cold Medina will put you into the right car for you, the car you always wanted but were afraid to choose. He could sell pencils to a wood chuck! And don't forget about the eyes. "Excellent service experience" Rhoel Gray was very professional, took care of my issues and while I waited for my vehicle kept me up to date with the status. They are not only professional but the waiting room is very comfortable. I also saw a very impressive situation. There was an elderly gentlemen who had just lost a loved one and seemed confused. He had just been in an accident. A service advisor Moises sat down with him, helped him call his insurance company, explained the damage to the car and worked with the insurance... read more

"Lease end on of 2015 328i and purchase of 2018 X1" The lease closure and purchase of the new vehicle was a length process, over 6 hours. However the Germain BMW team, sales, finance, service, and leasing made the experience pleasant and as smooth as possible. Tamie Johnson was particularly helpful and instrumental in closing the deal.

"Honest, above board" I drove a pretty aggressive deal in the negotiations and although I didn't get exactly what I wanted (who does?), the staff was very forthright and easy to deal with. My agent, Frank Angelillo, was as his name implies: "frank." I didn't feel there was any hidden fees or dishonesty. We loved the warm reception we always got there and a very courteous and friendly staff. The car drives great and we'd recommend this team to anyone looking for a BMW.
