"Daron provides excellent sales support" I worked with Daron to purchase my BMW sedan and he was personable, accommodating, and very approachable on follow up inquiries or requests for further direction. He did not have any manipulative or condescending attitude that often targets a female buyer. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

"A truly great dealership with and excellent product" Having owned BMWs throughout the USA and Europe, I can personally attest to the greatness of Germain BMW. They exceed the experiences I had with a BMW owned store in Dusseldorf,, Germany. Their success is basic business skills. Get the right people and product in a great facility and everything will work properly. I lease two BMWs and I could not be more pleased wiht the dealership. Every aspecit of interactions with staff and management has been excellent.

"Team Player" Peter walked me through the entire buying experience. Peter and Daron worked together on my sale. Peter is efficient and did the paperwork in a matter of a few minutes. Peter was available to answer questions and set expectations. Both Peter & Daron are honest and very passionate about the BMW product that they sell - it refreshing to see as a customer. Because of the great service I received I will be back to purchase my next BMW at Germain BMW.

"Awesome Job!!!" I purchased my vehicle from Daron. Daron is extremely informed He and Peter walked me through the entire buying experience. Daron is extremely accommodating and efficient. Daron was always available to answer questions and well as being at the door to greet me. Daron is honest and very passionate about the BMW product and keeping his word. So, I will be back to purchase my next BMW with Daron.

"Excellent " Mark Destefano was top notch from beginning to end. He went out of his way to make sure we got a great deal and were completely satisfied. A hardworking, personable young man. Definitely an asset to the dealership!

"Over the top courtesy, experience, assistance, patience." Mike Brin, my salesman, from whom I leased cars previously, is the ultimate great salesman! I would work with him any day and have given his name to others. Actually, we were given his name by a former BMW customer several years ago. "A great experience" The staff at Germain BMW was awesome. I would especially like to thank Frank Angelilli our salesman. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable and he went above and beyond for me. In my situation I was trying to help my mother who lives in Florida purchase her new vehicle from New York where I live. Frank went so far as to bring the vehicle of her choice to her home where he thoroughly explained the vehicles features to her then let her test drive it.
