Let me start off saying what a great experience my son and I had dealing with Alex Soare. He was with us on a Saturday for almost five and a half hours and was able to "sweeten the deal" to get the lease done. Now for the negative part..... My original salesman (whom I first met in September of 2017) Mike Brin was the polar opposite of my experience with Alex. The level of service at Germain BMW of Naples is unlike any other I've experienced at other dealers in Naples. We called Germain BMW from an add on EBay and we drove 2 1/2 hours out of our way to look at a car they had for sale. This could not have been more worth our efforts! We bought the car and Germain was able to work well with our trade and get us driving home in our new wheels on the same day! It was very impressive. Everyone was very friendly and as helpful as could be- we highly recommend them with no reservations!
