Hannah Loveday took amazing care of me and my vehicle repair needs. My 7 series had several issues which meant the vehicle needed to be in repair for a couple weeks. Hannah kept me updated throughout the entire process. When I took my vehicle in, there were no 7 series loaners available. As soon as one became available, she switched out the loaner 5 series so that I was not inconvenienced. She went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received.
Dave went above and beyond any expectation one could have regarding purchasing a new vehicle. I'm a first time buyer of the new BMW's and although I didn't have a clue about all the new features they offered, he made sure I was a pro before I drove off!! Very down to earth, great guy to do business with. He will always have my recommendation for those interested in BMW!

He has been the utmost of service and class during my ordering process and continues to offer feed back and persistent customer service when I have asked for his help along the way. Hannah Loveday was the service attendant that helped me. She introduced herself, and I verified I had an appointment. She read an explained what the service would entail. She confirmed I was waiting, and offered items from the waiting room. Hannah continued to update me on the status of my vehicle, as she was helping other coustomers.
