The car I currently owned was upside down and I was in a "rut". Went to BMW of murrieta and they did an AMAZING job helping me with monthly payments and what was comfortable with my needs. Ms Loveday was very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions concerning my maintenance contract and the work that was due during my visit. I travel 40 miles to this dealership to have my 535i serviced, I have 3 BMW dealers near my home less that 8 miles away. I always ask for Chad Ludwig. He is technically very competent, and goes the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and satisfied with the service he and the dealership provides.
We've never owned a BMW. We came to BMW Murrieta after driving Audi, Cadillac and Mercedes. Hate car shopping! We had an amazing test drive of the BMW X3 with John Haselroth. The car had more options than we really needed, but the demo John gave us convinced us the safety and performance was worth the extra money.
