Dealership called us to report our CD changer was in. They wanted to set up a time to install it. We had just purchased our X5. I showed up at the service dept & received my loaner car ( very nice). The next day Brenda called & told me they had made a mistake. There was not a CD changer in our X5, just a single CD in the dash. She asked for permission to install the CD changer in our X5 for no charge. They could easily have just kept the CD changer & sent us on our way. FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED INTO MURRIETA BMW IT HAS BEEN PERFECT SERVICE !! I had to come in and get some interior work done on the driver's side door.
