Great buying experience I really appreciated how easy Anderson and made buying my (new to me) Audi. I contacted my sales associate (Cassandra) initially through the online chat option and she was extremely helpful. I set up an appointment to test drive the car via the chat and when I arrived everyone was welcoming and very helpful. Awesome Dealership!!! These guys were awesome. I had visited a couple of dealerships but I did not see someone so professional as these guys. I had gone there to buy a used car but the experience was a like a new car purchase. My purchase was so smooth and they took care of everything. Nick - the internet sales manager and james- the sales rep were the 2 people I dealt with and both did an awesome job.

I Thought A Deposit Legally Held A Car??? Is their a zero star option? Placed a deposit on a Z4 I inquired on via Cars.com. Used their online portal to set up an appointment to view and test drive as well as submit my trade information, info, and place a deposit (via PayPal). We arrived on Saturday to test drive and work out a purchase only to be told the car was sold out from under us and our deposit did not hold it. No offer to refund the deposit, we are filing a fraud case via PayPal and our credit card.

Disappointing I found a used vehicle that I was extremely interested in. There were a bunch of scratches on the vehicle so the manager knocked $250 off The price, After the first visit we decided to bring our mechanic back to check out the vehicle, he had some concerns about a noise which he believed to be the transmission, after speaking with a manager they decided to have the service department look at it, which took a few days, we went back with full confidence they fixed the problem. Easy car buying I had only planned on test driving a CX-9, but it get right so I went with it. Bob was not at all pushy and made the long process of buying easy. I got a lot of creepy car salesman vibes at a lot of the other dealerships we went to. This was not one of them.
Worst Experience Ever!!! Worst car dealer I???ve ever worked with. Gave me an offer on my car, everything was set to pick up vehicle, the salesperson backed out and dropped the price of my trade in by $2000.00 after the fact. The Manager Derrick was horrible and arrogant. Never again!!!
bad dealership emailed to find out availability of a car they said it was still available 2 hrs later and an hrs drive we arrived to find out the car had been sold the previous night they did not seam to interested in showing us anything else.
beware mazda had a recall to have an airbag replacement done. My son took his RX-8 to this dealership to get this completed. When he picked up his vehicle he discovered they had cracked the dash and confronted them they gave him the run around for weeks, then started claiming the crack was there prior when it was not. After several attempts to resolve the issue with them they now want my son to pay for 1/2 of the cost of the dash-over $280.00. Is this the dealership you want to do business with?
Clear Communication on Diagnostics Clear communication from service manager- Derrick- and use of a brand new loaner car. Do wish that BMW Service Center pricing was more in line with independent import auto shops.
