Great buying experience Our sales person Anthony Phiri was the best .. he had great follow up and made the whole experience enjoyable. The Service Manager Rich Hudak had quick follow up on our "we owe list" and we are scheduled to get the HUD repaired Monday August 10th

I3 Check IN Very professional but pricey for an oil change and it seems that I need a new tire every year when I only drive 12000 miles a year.

Housing around oil filter Poor BMW design prevented removal of oil filter. New housing part had to be ordered. I had to come back the next day and wait additional hours for work to be completed. I appreciated the loaner vehicle and price break from Rony.
