5 star service from the time I stepped in the door, all... 5 star service from the time I stepped in the door, all questions were answered, paperwork was quick, easy and ready to go, rental car returned to Enterprise for me, my BMW was waiting out front for me, a great crew that were genuinely happy for me getting my 1st BMW.

Great experience. Our salesperson, Hakim, was professional, friendly, and willing to work with us. He even offered to come to our house to pick up the second key for our trade-in.

Good service It all went smoothly. Only issue I have/had is with the labor charged. My labor rate turned into $257/hour.....really? How much more can I say. Staff told me standard rate was $175.
