Disappointed Delivery John was great to work with in sales, but the delivery of the car was a disappointment. We were delivered a car that had a crack in the windshield. It was certified but never disclosed. Can they even sell a certified car with a crack?

Great experience all around From the conversations with my client advisor, Brad, on helping us find the right vehicle to the closing of the deal it was not like other car purchases I have done in the past. The understanding from the client advisor on the specifics of what we wanted and how we wanted to make the purchase happen and taking the time to make it all come together.
