A great experience! When I booked the appointment, I was told it would take an hour. When I arrived 15 minutes early, I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours. I had my teenage son with me who had a tee time (trying out for high school golf) and the 1 1/2 hrs would have made us late. Your dealership got me my vehicle back in a little over an hour and gave me a coupon to the "SPA" for my car. Jackie was great to work with and I was very happy to have my car serviced and get me son to his tee time on time.!

Excellent customer service I limped in to the dealership with my BMW literally on a tow truck. I got excellent customer service from the service department, a fair deal on my trade in and ended up with a great deal on a new BMW. There’s a closer dealership to my house but I will travel farther to deal with BMW of Devon.
Great customer care The process was quick. The people are friendly. My service advisor Bill K spent the time to address each of the issues i brought the car in for. I also had a repeated issue that I can’t seem to reproduce and Bill made every effort to find the problem and fix it. Even had the head tech come with me to reproduce the issue. In addition he fixed things he noticed that were broken without waiting for me to tell him, which I appreciate the extra care to my car and to the customer.
