Review of my service experience at BMW OF DEVON i HAD TAKEN MY 2013 X5 DIESEL TO BMW OF DEVON FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT APPEARING ON THE DASH. i LEFT MY SUV WITH THEM, AND RECEIVED A CALL WITHINA SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, THAT THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETE!

Better than Otto’s BMW Service, communication, vehicle inspection and loaner car service, next car ideally would be from Devon. Great help from Jackie due to communication and updates about my vehicle. The operations are ran smoothly from my perspective!

Excellent service Everyone was friendly and polite. My sales rep Darryl was very professional and keep me informed while waiting to finish the paperwork. I was waiting for a while due to the volumes and scheduled appointments that day but I was kept informed and I was even offered dinner which was above and beyond expectations.

Great service and staff Jeff was a great service advisor! They made dropping if a car with a toddler and car seat easy for me and they helped keep us dry during a awful rainstorm! We also got a ticket for a free car wash since the car wash at the service center was temporarily broken!
