Excellent Service All personnel were very professional and understanding. I came in with a car that had been vandalized and subject to theft. They expedited the work to accommodate the fact that I had a young child with me and live in another state. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service.

Reliable and trustworthy service I was able to make an appointment in a timely fashion. The staff were uniformly courteous. I very much appreciated the ease of access to obtaining a loaner. I also had confidence that the mechanics checked my vehicle carefully and thoroughly.

Great service & friendly staff Greg was very friendly and had a good sense of what I was looking for in my first BMW. The management team was very responsive and made sure everything was completed thoroughly and even surprised us with a promotion from BMW corporate that covered most of our first two payments. The dealership had a nice selection of well-maintained CPO vehicles to help in making my decision. Will gladly return there for service and future vehicles.

Great service! My sales associate Phil M was knowledgeable, friendly, and he went out of his way to answer all my questions timely and accurately. He was genuinely excited to help me find what was right for me, and never pushy. He knew what I was looking for, and quickly arranged for me to see several examples so I could make the best choice. good job You did what you said you would do, and when you said it would be ready, it was. The car was clean and didn't have a grease oder.
