Great service Full service! They came to pick up my car. Left me a loner to drive. Then brought it back fully service and inspected. Literally no self service.
Good experience The salesman, Anthony, was great. He really worked on my behalf to match a similar deal I was offered by another dealership out of state. They even gave me a free BMW cap. Granted, compared to the car, it is a negligible item, but they threw it in after I agreed to the deal. The Finance Manager and Sales Manager were easy to deal with and it was a pleasant buying experience. I did not feel pressured to buy extended warranties if I was not interested, as has happened before.
Excellent Service I was kept informed. The work was completely in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly. I felt safe because of the Covid procedures that are in place.
