First Rate Experience Everything; from setting up the appointment, arriving at the service center and picking up my X5, the entire process is top notch. The most important component of the above are the people that I get to interact with; from the individual who set-up the appt for me, to the associates who processed my payment for services completed, all were fantastic. My Service Advisor, Eric, is the main asset of the entire process.
