Efficient, fair, customer friendly experience Great sales person - Andrew Krier. Simple, straight forward approach. Quick to understand what I want. He quickly realized that I have no patience and figured out how to work with me. Good pricing upfront - no xxxxxxxx games or stories. Very helpful in locating the cars I wanted. I went in to buy an X5. Ended up buying an X5 and a 430i both on the same day. Overall, a great experience and I will certainly come back to Andrew Krier and the dealership for future needs.

Long time customer Service is pretty easy. Staff is pleasant. I like that you provide pick up and delivery even though I did not use it this time due to COVID.
