Sales team great. Service isn't. Took a week to schedule an oil change. And had to make several calls at that. You call to schedule service. Put on hold. No one picks up. Then voice mail. Call back. Same process. You expect more when you buy a new Porsche. Drop it off. No loaner. It's 8 am. Oil change takes until 5pm. They brag about great service but don't deliver. I am very disappointed!

This dealership is special. It has a culture that reflects integrity and class. My experience from sales, business manager, detail, front desk was positive. I hope they stay independent as it looks like the next generation at Isringhausen and the employees top to bottom learned things from the Founder. Very simple: they deserve trust.

I was looking to purchase a 2014 4 Series BMW. I found one I liked at Isringhausen BMW. It was listed under NEW cars. It turns out that the following is the correct information. It has been titled 1 year ago. The factory warranty has been running for 1 year. It had almost 3,000 miles on it. Now they are haggling the price with me and they START at the NEW MSRP price. They just could not understand why I would not bait. So after 3 weeks, 12 emails and MANY phone calls I had had enough. Needless to say the USED car at Isringha... read more

In Feb 2013 I purchased a 2010 Porsche Boxster S with 16,900 miles in it from Isringhausen imports in Springfield, IL. I found the car on cars.com. I paid a few thousand more because the car was "Porsche Certified", well over $50,000. I've owned 5 BMWs, a few Lexii, an Audi, and any number of other cars, most of them new. The Boxster was supposed to be warrented until 2016. Awesome! The purchase went smooth and the car was delivered to my home in New Hampshire in early February. Needless to say I wasn't going to be able to d... read more

Overall experience buying my '09 Z4 in Feb. 2012 was average/borderline bad. Likely would not shop for a car at Isringhausen again (long wait to get paperwork completed, spotty service, poor customer service), and would especially caution out-of-state buyers of used vehicles there--even CPO ones--as the inspection process at Isringhausen is questionable (or non-existent so long as the car looks new?). Car salesman did correct part of the situation 5.5 months after the fact, so they're at least responsive if you write reviews... read more

Horrible experience. stay away. there are other dealerships around that will work with you without the lies. They dont answer emails or calls and done their best to delay sales, in my opinion, to see if someone else can give them more money for a car.

The dealership promised a number of fixes on a used BMW, but upon delivery, inspection revealed that they had not fixed anything. Although these promises were made in writing, the dealership does not believe that they need to abide by the terms of the sale. Unfortunately, the only thing that their written promises can guarantee are a hassle. Take your business where it's appreciated: elsewhere.

Beware of these Guys. They have had my car longer then I have. They say things like we will look at your car. Notice they did not say fix. Well I guess they could have painted a picture of it by now. The first week they look at it and tried to fixed many problems. I drove the car 5 miles down the road and one of the sme promblem came right back than another on the way back to the dealership. Wow did they fix it or dod they break it. Well I was promised my car on Monday. Called Clem and he reported that he hasn't even order t... read more
