We live over an hour away from Springfield and were in the market for a luxury SUV. We are new owners of a 2015 BMW. X3, purchased through the very knowledgeable assistance of Jeffrey Edmiston. I bought my Volvo from the prior dealership and learned that Isringhausen was the new dealer. I took my Volvo in on their winter special and what I found was very professional and prompt service. Good communication with service staff. They provided solid information along with accurate estimates. Great experience. I would highly recommend Isringhausen Imports to anyone needing service for their car.
Isringhausen consistently provides excellent service! They took the time needed to get to the root of the problem and as a result save me about $1000 dollars in repairs. They do quality work. The service department is always accommodating and the provision of shuttle service or a loaner car is much appreciated.
