Beautiful, top quality used car, obtained for good price. Brian is friendly and professional as are all staff at this dealer. Trade-in was less than anticipated, but very good experience overall. We wouldn't buy from anyone else in the region. Service department also excellent and dealership underwrites a lot of local charitable causes.
I bought a 2008 135i at this dealership in August 2008. It was a great experience and they paid me a good price for my trade-in. I dealt with Brad and Anies and both were helpful throughout my transaction. I was not able to pick the car up right away, but they were more than accommodating. I would buy from them again.

Transaction came off as planned, even picking me up at the airport to save time. Vehicle experienced a minor problem the next day, but it was covered under the dealership's limited warranty. They promptly reimbursed the cost to repair it. Nice folks to deal with; wish I lived near them to have my service done with them.

I purchased a preowned Porsche with an issue discovered shortly after I took ownership. Isringhausen took care of the issue free of charge even though that had no obligation to do so.

EDIT: The Porsche I bought from Isringhausen is SOLID. I do recommend them after driving the car around and just enjoying owning another Porsche. The failed inspection was more or less a fluke. Not a good experience. They sold me a Porsche that they characterized as "excellent condition", but it failed state inspection. They came and picked it up, repaired it (did not tell me the problem) and used up all my gas. You do learn a lot from a dealership when something goes wrong, the devil is in the details.
