I suddenly had difficulty steering my Chrysler Aspen. Right then, I drove it directly to the Isringhausen service department. I did not have an appointment. They welcomed me and took my car into the service area. Within an hour, they called and told me that the water pump was leaking and needed replacement. On this Friday afternoon, they did not have one in stock and told me they would be able to have it fixed on Monday. That was certainly fine with me! The brand was not a BMW, though it is the only brand listed on this site to choose from. I have never purchased a vehicle at a dealership that provided care, compassion, attention and above all - honesty. I felt comfortable contacting my sales person, Jeff Edmiston before/during/after the sale and know that I was going to be taken care of. Joe Brennan and Gary Rogers are just super with service! Geoff Isringhausen, the owner and all employees top notch. The recent purchase was my 3rd MBenz from there.! Mike Custer and Rob Sanders sold latest. Excellent! Archie Sanderson sold me my first one there and was great too. I love the way I am treated at Isringhausen. Many other people do also. My wife and I just purchased a 2014 Porsche Cayenne from Isringhausen Imports. The experience was nothing short of fantastic. The team at Isringhausen defines the word professional. Excellent experience buying from this dealership. Kent made us feel welcome and at ease right from the start, extending his hospitality through to the delivery of our 2008 Mercedes GL320 CDI. I don't see Mercedes on the list of drop downs but that is what I bought . There is no way I could give this dealer anything other than 5 stars. From the moment we walked in to the moment my car was delivered everything was brilliant. Mike carver was amazing, really wish all salesman were like him. He was beyond helpful and courteous. If you want to buy a Mercedes or BMW I wouldn't go anywhere but Isringhausen . I'm glad I made the almost 2 hour trip to meet Mike and the team, they made my experience a memorable one.
