Isringhausen detailed my E Class inside and out, and when they finished later that day, it looked like new!!! My experience with everyone from making the appointment, the shuttle service to paying for the service was courteous, professional, friendly and really happy to be of o service.

We are in our 2nd Mercedes Benz from Isringhausen even though there is a MB dealer locally. The professional and courteous service received at Isringhausen makes driving the 85 miles well worth it. We acquired our vehicles from Jeff Coleman who is a total professional and great to work with. I recently sought out to lease my first BMW. My local dealership wanted to build me a car, but Isringhausen had one already built that was very similar to what I was looking for, so I called them up and even though I live out of state, they worked with me via email and phone to negotiate a price I was comfortable with and walk me through the process (this was my first time leasing a car). We just purchased our 4th car from Archie Sanderson at Isringhausen Imports. Always a very pleasant experience! Unlike many dealerships, we are always treated with the utmost respect with none of the ridiculous games that other dealerships want to put you through. This is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle without being at the dealership in person. To my surprise, the experience was excellent. Wonderful experience ! Great quality ! The entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating . I usually hate car shopping because I feel like I'm being talked down to and getting a bad deal but here I was treated with respect and kindness. I was impressed. Highly recommend.

I recently had my Mercedes E350 serviced at Isringhausen and was very pleased with my experience. So much that I have no problem driving 60 or so miles to Isringhausen from now on even though I have a Mercedes dealership in my town. Carl was very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Friendliest service I've ever experienced. The entire process was very smooth and hassle free from begining to end.
