From start to finish, this dealership was fantastic! They were responsive, easy to deal with, low pressure, and very fair with negotions. I would recommend them to anyone, absolutely. We will consider driving the 1.5 hours to get to them again in the future for another car.

Mike Carver is a great asset to the Isringhausen dealership. He is very kind, friendly and professional. My husband and I were extremely pleased with his customer service. He is very knowledgeable about the inventory and does not try to haggle. He made us feel very comfortable and made our car buying experience exceptionally fun and easy. We highly recommend Mike Carver and Isringhausen Imports.

Just incredible service from start to finish. Can't say enough about the tremendous knowledge and care given by Isringhausen. Highly recommended. It was our first experience with Mike and the dealership. We can't imagine going to any other dealership in the future.

I had a very good experience at Isringhausen. I walked in looking for information on a baseline Boxster and walked out with the Boxster S from the showroom. I initially worked with Mike Custer, who was quite helpful in answering all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about Porsche and is a good listener. This is an unsolicited review, submitted because I think there must be other customers in Illinois who would appreciate the service and excellence at every level that I have experienced with EVERY visit to Isringhausen Imports in Springfield, IL. I just wanted to take the time to tell you what a great experience it was dealing with Geoff Isringhausen Jr. on the purchase of my new Porsche 911S 991. This is my third Porsche, the first bought from Isringhausen. Even though Geoff Jr was at a Porsche event in California he returned every call, answered every question and we made the deal with him 1500 miles away. All my future purchases will be from Isringhausen Porsche and Geoff Jr will be my salesperson! A+++

We bought our Mercedes from Geoff Isringhausen and I couldn't be more pleased with both the sale, and the service we recieved today. The drove a loaner 90 miles one way to give me when my car needed to be serviced, and then when the loaner had a problem, drove over with another one! The also honored our warranty even though they could have argued about it. The pricing they gave us on the car was very fair, and the car was as represented. I would recommend them for the purchase of any luxury car.

I recntly purchased my BMW at Isringhausen. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated very well. Nathan,(who is quite knowledgeable regarding BMW), patiently answered all my questions and was very helpful. I found Anies to be a perfect gentleman and extremely helpful, as well. I paid a fair price for the car and received a decent price for my trade-in. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Isringhausen to anyone who wants to buy a nice car and be exceptionally well!
