I live in Milwaukee and had do the sales transaction via e mail and phone calls. Eric was very helpful and patient with my lack of experience buying a car from afar. His hospitality the day I flew in to take delivery was very generous and it made for an overall wonderful experience.

Frank Steffen and Bob Strecker did a terrific job of asking me questions first so they could really understand what I was looking for in a car before they started making recommendations about BMW models to consider. They clearly demonstrated their product knowledge and answered all my questions. From the model selection to the test drives and vehicle delivery, Bob's efforts were top-notch all the way through. My wife and I have purchased two certified vehicles within the past six months from Dave Walter BMW and I can honestly say that both have been the most stress free auto purchases I have ever experienced. Ron Wesley's patience is unmatched and he took all the time necessary to help find the "right" car for me. This was my 3rd CPO from Dave Walter in the past 4 years. Ron was very patient and a pleasure to work with given it took me 4 months, three visits and five different vehicles to finally make a decision. No pressure sales, A1 service and Saturday hot dogs while your car is being washed make for a pleasure buying experience.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. No pressure and once I went the 700 miles to buy the car I was in and out in no time. They also gave me fair market value for my trade. They are the top CPO BMW dealer in my mind.
