Wanted to take a few minutes to share some thoughts on the Performance Center Delivery feature that BMW provides. I don't know why someone who is unfamiliar with BMW performance would ever want to take delivery of their new BMW any other way. We were blown away with what we were shown on the track. The fact that Matthew was able to drive the exact same model we purchased and see how it handled in panic braking situations and on the curves and hills of the track was worth the trip. I have purchased many cars in my life and this purchase experience was excellent. It ranks at the top. Eric and all the other people I met during the process were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will recommend the Dave Walter dealership to anybody that is interested in acquiring a BMW.

I live in Axtell TX, 100 miles south of Dallas, and saw my BMW 128I convertible for sale on the Internet. I contacted the dealership, and Bob Strecker e-mailed me back immediately with information about the car. This information included the car-fax, sales price, warranty information, etc. After I made the decision to buy the car, Mr. Strecker explained in detail everything that would need to be done to buy the car in Ohio and have it delivered to Texas. I was contacted by Bob Strecker after I found a BMW 335d listed on AutoTrader being sold by Dave Walter BMW. When I met with Bob, it was apparent that the car I was interested in did not have all the items I wanted in the car. Bob nevertheless allowed me to drive the car, which I loved. I had been a regular Mercedes customer but had become tired of their somewhat pompous attitude. They seemed unwilling to do anything beyond what they were required to do and negotiating on price was simply out of the question, even with a repeat customer like myself. I was very familiar with Dave Walter BMW because of a family member's years of doing business with them. We appreciated the personal involvement by Frank who set us up with Bob S. Both did a great job of listening to our needs, which involves a long term plan. Bob recommended a very good used vehicle for our immediate needs and for our daughter to grow into. We are still working on the balance of the plan which involves a late model SAV. Bob is helping us consider both new and certified, both X5 and X3. We really appreciate their patient, no pressure approach. We feel we are building a long term relationship.

Dave Walter BMW is located in Akron, Ohio. I'm an "out of state" purchaser from Indiana. I had been in the market for a used/CPO 3 series for several months. Back in October of 2010, I found the car that I ultimately ended up buying on Dave Walter BMW's website. The car had great specs and great pictures. Good Morning Brooks! It was a long and uneventful drive back home, but I drank lots of coffee and arrived safely in CT at about 11:30 pm.
