the experience was great from the very beginning dealing with Frank Stefen who tried very hard to find the right car for me in terms of pricing and features that i wanted , he was very patient with me as i was struggling to make my decision . also Robert Streker was very helpful in helping me return my car and learn my new car in very friendly and professional way .
Sales, finance and service have been outstanding. Very good improvement from previous reputation. If service continues to be excellent, this 135 will not be the last car i buy from Dave Walter. The certified preowned part of the dealership is excellent.
This is my first BMW - so I was impressed with the amount of time Bob Strecker was willing to invest to get me educated and comfortable. The dollars and cents discussion was to the point and inline with my expectation so very easy to get the deal done. I would highly recommend Bob and Dave Walter BMW to anyone.
I thought the service and attention to customer satisfaction was exceptional. I really enjoyed my experience in purchasing my vehicle. I must say that I have purchased high end cars for several years and no dealer has ever offered me to take the car home for the night to see if I liked it. The introduction of how to drive my vehicle was very well received.
