"world class dealership" Came to BMW Akron for my first bmw, wow hands down sales team is so amazing to work with, these guys know there cars down to every feature, This dealership knows how to treat customers right.
"Great Experience" My lease was nearing its end, so I met with the dealership to discuss options. Justin Bisconti was able to explain the different options available to me. I wasn't even sure I'd be able to afford another BMW, but Justin made it happen and I'm beyond thrilled with my new car! Erik Parkinson in Financing was also incredibly helpful. Overall a great experience!

I'm located in Michigan, and came across an incredible deal at BMW of Akron. I was apprehensive at first to make the 3 hour trip to a car I've never seen, but after talking with Art (sales manager) and the finance manager, I found the deal would just be impossible to beat anywhere else. The team at BMW of Akron was top notch. Shab the sales rep, Nathan the owner and Erik in finance were all very helpful and let me walk out the door with the best deal. I drove an hour and fourty minutes from Columbus and would happily do it again.
I was looking for something reasonably inexpensive but comfortable for long commutes. Mark Stacy was able to help out and understood my needs. It was a 100% no pressure atmosphere. Finance department was great and found interest rates less than BMW finance for the purchase. No pressure into buying ridiculous add-ons. Completely refurbished the car to where it looks almost brand new. Put me in a loaner while paperwork took several days (due to an out of state title transfer on my end) even when I said I didn't need a loaner. ... read more
