My experience at BMW of Rockville was terrific. Tony guided me through the process very smoothly and helped buy the car I wanted. He suggested a few options that helped me along the way and -at the end of the day- worked on my favor. Thank you Tony for helping me buy my first beemer... I am enjoying it every minute!

Arthur Petrosyan is a no-pressure man who really understands the wants of the customer and can properly address those. He is extremely friendly and follows up with us through the ownership to make sure everything is to our liking. He has gone out of his way to show me new models even after his working day is over. I pride myself on being very knowledgable about BMW's past/present/future cars, technology, specifics, etc. and Arthur Petrosyan has AMAZED me with his knowledge of the cars as well. Roxanne Roch at BMW of Rockville (formerly VOB BMW) did an excellent job helping me purchase my first BMW. After doing months of research, she did an excellent job in answering my millions of questions. Each of which, she was very knowledgeable about and was able to answer in detail. If she wasn't, she could easily find someone who did know the answer (ie - warranty questions, etc.) I have visited a number of other dealerships in the Metro DC area, and have experienced a number of salesmen who came off as the stereotypical, ... read more

Instead of recommending a new x5, Alberto recommended a used one with just 9000 miles on it. The negotiation was pretty painless (I am used to negotiating), he stayed late to deliver me the car the following day, took a personal check, offered to personally drive me home at one point, and physically delivered the garage door opener and fast pass that I left in my trade (an M5) to my residence, which was not on his way home. I strongly recommend Alberto if you are visiting BMW Rockville. He is a pleasure to deal with.

My experience with the upgrade program with BMW Rockville was great. The process of trading in my old car and buying a new one went smoothly. The client advisor, David Engel was very helpful, efficient and knowledgable. He showed me all the features of the new car in detail specifically the one that I needed to know which made me more comfortable driving it.

Karen was great! Super friendly and made herself very available. She worked hard to get the best deal. She was easy to deal with and I didn't feel at all like she was pushy or overbearing like some sales people can be. Love the car.

This was my first BMW purchase and I couldn't be happier. Roxanne Roch was my sales representative and she was the most knowledgeable and professional representative I've ever worked with. I purchased a 2011 X5 and received a very fair deal for both the purchase price as well as my trade in - 2009 GMC Acadia. I would highly recommend Roxanne and BMW of Rockville to anyone!
