Roxanne Roch is the absolute best salesperson I've every dealt with. She was courteous, friendly and listened attentively. She was also great with my 7 year son and made my wife feel at home. When I had an issue, I didn't even have to ask for a resolution, because Roxanne has already taken care of it. What a wonderful buying experience! Thank you Roxanne and BMW of Rockville.
Everyone at BMW of Rockville was wonderful, from the sales person to the finance department. I've purchased numerous cars, and I have never received such excellent service. I recently purchased a 2014 BMW X3. This is the second new BMW we bought from Roxanne and we could not be happier. She make the buying process thoroughly enjoyable. BMW offers a wide variety of option packages and standalone options. Roxanne does a wonderful job making sure you get what you want without pushing things you don't. Roxanne and her support team worked like a machine. She understood the details of my wants and needs and put them together with the right deal for me. I would recommend Roxanne and the experience to anyone looking for a BMW. They did not waste any of my time, and I left the deal feeling positive about the experience when so many times in the past it has been so negative and adversarial. Roxanne, Michael (her manager) and Salem in finance went out of their way to make the whole process comfortable and palatable.

Spent 5 hours at the dealership -- first to test drive -- then very thorough exploration of financing options -- then an informative deal closing without the usual pitch to purchase a myriad of additional services (though I did purchase one because it was well presented). Finally the sales rep was not going to let me go until she was certain that I had a detailed briefing on the car's systems.
We found BMW of Rockville to be extremely knowledgable in both New and Used BMW's. The staff was attentive, but never pushy. Roxanne, specifically was very reliable and approachable. My In-laws went to Roxanne the following day to purchase a second vehicle. We are so grateful for the relationship we've made with Roxanne at BMW of Rockville and look forward to continued service.

First and foremost this has been the second best car buying experience that I have had in purchasing a car.
