I have bought a half a dozen cars from this dealership and the salesperson Tony Yazdi has always made it a great experience. He has a great way of putting you at ease during the buying process and I have recommended him to several of my friends. Keep up the great work.
First time BMW owner. Tony explained the qualities of owning a BMW vehicle. He found me the right car for the right price. He worked with me getting additional options I wanted including Satellite Radio. He helped to facilitate an issue I was having with tires. Top notch salesman. I have worked almost exclusively with Nate for service issues. He always takes time to understand my service needs and has always put me into a loaner BMW when requested. I am very happy with the dealership.
I had good experience dealing with my sales person Alberto zamorano he was very knowledgable and very helpfull we had so many questions to ask him but basically he went over so many details about the car next thing we know all our questions been answered by him without asking any question now I am driving my new BMW and I will highly recommend him to my friends or anyone that wants to buy a BMW ask for Alberto zamorano.
Tony was really helpful and patient with what my husband and I were looking for. He went out of his way to be at work on his day off to accomodate our schedule. He also gave us a great price on our new BMW.
This is my first routine service on this lease (which is my 3rd consecutive 3 Series BMW leased from VOB -- now BMW of Rockville). Everything from the reminder that prompted me to call, to the appointment, drop-off and speedy checkout represented the best in customer care. Professional through and through. The sales experience and service experiences (minimal though they are) are among the top reasons I keep coming back to this dealer for my new cars.
Some people dread the experience of going to the dealer to purchase a new car, but that is only because they haven't met Willie. Right from the start I knew that he would be a straight forward guy. David was by far the best sales rep I have ever worked with. He truly made my experience as smooth as possible - paying great attention to detail and making sure all my requests were met. He was always extremely quick to respond to any emails/phone calls and was very kind, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. This is a great dealership. My family has been buying cars from VOB and now BMW of Rockville for almost 15 years. We have been working with Jeff Doss for about three years now and he is great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very responsive whenever we have a question. I have dealt with many service advisors in the past and he is def. one of the best. The cars are only as good as the service and Jeff has def. made it a very enjoyable experience and I look forward to many more great years of service ahead.
