I met Roxanne Roch when my husband bought his BMW 328i and I thought she was really efficient and friendly to customers. I can tell she really cares to give the best service because I came back within a year to buy my own BMW! This was hands down the best buying experience I have had for a new car ever. Roxanne explained everything clearly and followed up on every single question (and we had lots).
