This was my first BMW purchase and I am very pleased with my purchase. Perry Wright was very helpful and he took the time to get to know me as a person before trying to sell me a car. I was treated very well by Hannah the financial advisor as well. Hannah was very helpful with the installation of my car service protection. I AM VERY PLEASED!!!

I spent a good amount of time with Roxanne and her colleagues over at the BMW Rockville dealership today. My experience with BMW OF ROCKVILLE is one that I can never forget. I bought a used BMW from Perry Wright, who is extremely helpful, courteous, professional and well knowledgeable of BMW’s. The environment was very clean and sophisticated. The attention of detail to the cleanliness of the building and the cars made it a very comfortable environment as well. The sales rep that I dealt with, Alberto Zamorano, was extremely knowledgeable of the products being offered and was extremely helpful in helping me find the EXACT car that I wanted. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a BMW.
I was very pleased with the outcome of my recent visit. The most notable experience was the ease of getting a loaner. I am extremely pleased that BMW of Rockville got rid of Enterprise. Although Enterprise is a very reputable company, when a customer purchases a BMW and has to take the car into the shop, it is very frustrating when you are SHOVED into a Carolla.
