Only came to your dealership because Roxane. I used to go to BWM of Arlington. I have followed her (3rd car) because she is wonderful.
Alberto is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and straightforward. He clearly knows cars and BMWs in particular. He gave us an efficient quick tour of the car and even lent us a cable to test out the ipod connection. Negotiation was straightforward. An all together pleasant experience.
I travel from Virginia to BMW of Rockville because Suvin is there. Car leasing is a lengthy and detail-oriented experience. Suvin makes it fun. He makes you feel valued- not just another business transaction. He is honest, sincere, and trustworthy. We have returned to BMW of Rockville for years- even anfter we moved to Virginia.
