"Trade in for new car" I traded in my 5 series for a new X 6 and am SOOOO excited !!! First, let me say that working with Kevin Soltwedel was a great experience ! Kevin was accommodating, knowledgeable, and great to work with ! He made my trade in experience a great one and is an asset to the BMW corporation ! I have had BMW's for several years and am loyal to the brand - they treat their customers well and are great to work with and are great cars !!

"Great job overcoming problems" Rahshaad did a great job of overcoming a problem we had with the car on delivery. He and Manny took responsibility and made certain that I wasn't just "handed over" to anyone else.
