"Experience With Service Department " A had a damaged tire that needed to be replaced. Although almost 6 PM I met with a service advisor, scoured a loaner vehicle and was on my way in 30 minutes. Very organized, friendly and efficient operation at every step of the process. I was very impressed.

"Pleasant stay while in construction " It was a great experience even though it is smaller than previously. I understand the construction and they are doing a good job! Although there is no ability to wash the car, they provide a voucher which I appreciate.

"Excellent Service Experience" The A/C system on my 2009 BMW xdrive 3 series wagon failed. When I brought the car to BMW of Rockville, there was almost no wait to see a service advisor. Problems with refrigerant level and blower motor wiring were diagnosed and promptly addressed at a cost lower than the original estimate. I am very pleased with the whole service experience.

"R. Stewart - Excellent Tech Support " Just want to mention that my wife and I appreciated the Tech Support provided by Ronald Stewart for her 2019 X1. Ronald was very knowledgeable and proficient in showing us how to perform certain features on the vehicle with which we had problems. He was pleasant and patient in in conveying that knowledge. Represents dealership and BMW quite well.

"Roxanne s was fantastic. The finance guys were vewarranties." Roxanne was outstanding. She helped us find the car we wanted without being pushy. The finance guys were not good. First we had to wait almost an hour to see them. Then they sold us 6 year extended maintenance, without saying that the clock on that started the day the car went into service, three years before we bought it! So we only got 3 years extended maintenance when we thought we had bought 6..

"Roxanne is fabulous! " Picked up my new X3 M40i today and as usual Roxanne had everything lined up and ready to go! Ordered it early April and was pleased it arrived so quickly.
