"Great experience " I had a X5 and loved it. It was time for maintenance so I went to drop it off at dealership. While I was waiting I decided to look at the newer vehicles in the showroom. The new X7 caught my eye and I wanted to get some information. Rahshaad was very knowledgeable about the new SUV and answered all my questions. "Terrific Genius appointment" As I left the dealer with my new car, my salesman Armand Amany told me to take advantage of a "genius appointment" with Emmitt Green. I met Emmitt briefly to set up the appointment. He suggested I drive the car for 10 days to 2 weeks and then return for the appointment. We agreed to a time. I drove the car, a new 330e. "Short and sweet" Rashaad Winford was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me find the right car for me by asking the right questions; he got me the best deal with little need to negotiate on my end; and he made the experience fairly seemless and pleasant. "Good experience, great product" I had an advantage as I knew exactly what model I wanted. The BMW staff was there to bring us together and I am very happy with my purchase. The combination of great products, and a great sales force, make the experience of purchasing a vehicle much better. Good luck in their upcoming new building which should be done next year. Also, was great to have Maria set up me vehicle's Isystem, left the dealership making calls from my car, and playing tunes from my phone.
