Awsome customer service from the start of finish of my purchase. Even after my purchase Danny was calling and emailing to see if needed to come back in to show me any features on my car I was sure how to work. It has been just wonderful experience purchasing from BMW of Rockville.
My wife had a 2009 BMW 128i . Went down to look at a newer 1 series and purchased a 2014 435i the sales Manager David was very professional excellent service.
I had a great experience with Marshall. He is knowledge, thoughtful and doesn't push. He worked hard to help me decide what features I wanted on 428i I just bought and then found a car with those features that was delivered in just a week. I highly recommend him.
I recently purchased a BMW X1 and it went pretty smooth. James Tan helped my out all the way and since I am a baltimore resident i didn't have to drive down all the way. He also got me the best price possible. I went in to pick my vehicle at 8:40PM and no one was trying to rush the process since the store closes at 9PM and i left around 10:30.
