The sales team at BMW of Rockville is second to none. They really took care of me. I highly recommend them! From start to finish, they made the whole process very smooth.
My wife and I had the benefit of having Danny Goldin teach us about the many features of our new BMW. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very helpful. As complex as the various systems were (iDrive, Sirius XM, various cameras), Danny made them easy to understand. He did a great job, and I'm grateful for his help.
On June 13, we bought a BMW 328i, 2015 from BMW Rockville of Md. My wife and I leave in Sterling Virginia. Danny Goldin, the BMW Genius advisor provided excellent after-sales support on our new X3 -- introducing the basic operations and functions of the car, and its various options. Danny also provided useful information on coding options for the car and patiently covered all of our queries. It was very easy to set up the appointment with Danny who went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. Overall a very good experience!
It had been 8 years since I had purchased a new BMW, having purchased 2 from this dealership in the past. Wow have these cars become technical, kind of overwhelming. We were very pleased with our experience. Working with James was nothing short of enjoyable. He diligently explained everything. The process was easy and even enjoyable because James has a friendly demeanor and sense of humor. Very happy with our experience and new car.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Rockville, 3 total from Roxanne. I live no where near Rockville however will continue to be a client (not customer, as lesser dealers refer to you as) because of their ability to quickly and efficiently work with you. I highly recommend Roxanne. She has a personal touch that lasts well beyond the sale.
James was very helpful and made the car buying process very easy. Car buying can always be a bit intimidating however working with James was a blast. I was pressed for time and he did all he could to make sure I was in and out as quickly as possible.
