I had a most satisfying experience buying my car from Kevin Hemmis. He was most knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, and made the whole process a very smooth one. Having the assistance from Danny Goldin was a big plus- he answered all my questions and showed me a few extra features I had not yet explored in the car. I have previously given a review for Roxanne Roch-Rigo who was outstanding to work with in leasing my new 2015 BMW X5. I got an amazing deal on an awesome brand new car. My salesman Suvin Viswanathan, was professional, patient, and transparent. I typically cringe when I think of car shopping; the haggling and tricks/gimmicks always leave me frustrated! There was none of that at Rockville BMW. I enjoy buying a car about as much as I do a root canal. Actually, I think I might prefer the root canal. That being said my sales associate, Roxanne Roch was awesome/amazing and she is like the novocaine in the tooth that just makes it so much better. Dare I say I enjoyed the process? Yes and coming from me, that is something. I would highly suggest Roxanne to anyone who is looking for their next car... or root canal but I am pretty sure she's a better sales associate then dentist!

The BMW Genius provided an excellent introduction to the X1's many features. He was precise and deliberate in his delivery and responsive to my many questions. Given the car's complexity, another session is necessary and Danny eagerly agreed to meet with me at any convenient time F2F or virtually.
