I was in the market for an SUV. Started at Mercedes, then Audi and finally BMW. I set up an appointment with Brandon Kim as saw he had good reviews on yelp. I ordered the day I test drove. Brandon was wonderful, no pressure, friendly and organized. No haggling on price as I had done my homework and new what I wanted to pay. After purchase he has texted to see if all ok. I was almost sold on the BMW 228i 4x. The dealer was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I would have loved to have bought a car from Suvin Viswanathan. My husband and I were in the market to buy 2 cars. You would think the dealership would want to work with us. They were not open to any negotiation at all. My wife and I were shopping for a used 328i and came across an option at this dealership. I worked with Suvin Viswanathan over a 2 day period and he was excellent. Outstanding and very satisfying experience in leasing my new 2015 428i. I worked with Suvin Viswanathan. He is extremely diligent, understands customer's needs, made sure I got more than what I was looking for in the car and I loved the Peruvian lunch that he got for us. He followed up the next day. Overall a big plus to BMW of Rockville.
