Our salesman, Tyler Joens, was so easy to work with! He was straight-forward and fast. He didn't push or pressure us. We came to an agreement quickly and it was exactly the deal we wanted. Our finance gal, Cindy Guiterrez, was amazingly fast and efficient. She got us through that usually painful process very quickly and without pressure. I highly recommend BMW Scottsdale and both Tyler and Cindy if you're looking for a great purchase experience!

This is the second 5 series I have purchased through BMW North Scottsdale. They have fair pricing and they always have the best inventory. I have no doubt I will be back in the future for another BMW - this is my dealer.

"Not sure why anyone would shop elsewhere..." Georges and Mark (GM) were extremely easy to work with. The entire deal was worked through text and email. Georges was very responsive and respectful during all communications. We drove almost an hour to the dealership and I was worried things would change once we arrived, they did not!
