"Great service! " We have always been impressed with Fields service. However, we have not been successful purchasing from Fields. It is so much less expensive to buy at Passport in MD - literally thousands less!
"I had to have my battery replaced and a seal was leaking" they provided a shuttle to and from the dealership, that was great, and I enjoyed the coffee bar, my service person was very pleasant. the work was done quickly

"6,000 miles service" Very comfortable experience from check in to departure. Staff courteous and responsive. Wait time less than informed it would be. Great lounge for waiting with extensive treats offered, Klondike Bars! Wow. And as always, a returned vehicle wash, cleaned, vacuumed. Thru the years of different dealership experiences, this is the Best! Would highly recommend to others.
"Exceptional service " Went in for routine service, was delighted to have an exceptional service advisor who recommended many options I hadn’t considered, all done in a timely fashion.
