"Standard service" Service provided as promised and below estimated completion time. Courteous and friendly staff. They will even fix you breakfast while you wait. Looking forward to my next visit.
"replace worn tires" Making an appointment one week in advance to confirm tire availablity everythink clicked when I arrived . I was in and out within alloted time and on my way home.
"Returned lease vehicle" Representative made the disposition quick and easy. Gave good advice to contact BMW NA to discuss the possibility to abate the disposition fee due to my unfortunate financial circumstances.
"Great service! Wonderful people to work with!" Great service experience! Brought my BMW in for routine service. Staff was prompt and polite. Did everything I asked. My sales experience was wonderful with Jenny, so I expected no less! I was pleased as always!
"Adaptable and Efficient" I went in for an air filter and they checked my brakes and adapted to my schedule. THe brakes were fixed, I got a loaner, and they delivered my car to my home.
"Quick, Friendly, Transparent" David was an excellent example of a service advisor. He was quick to check me in when I arrived and work with me on my concerns. I was in a rush to get to a meeting (I was running late that morning and managed to show up 45 minutes late to my appt) and he helped me get in and out. Towards the end of the day, he gave me a call and walked me through all the discoveries the technicians made, cost to repair, and timeframe. "Taking care of customers" I was very happy with the purchase of my M235 and I've been equally happy with the support they have given me since. Dave is a very knowledgeable service advisor, he and the dealer make it all a pleasant experience.
"Exceptional Sales Team" Couldn't be more pleased with the purchase of my new X3. I test drove multiple vehicles and was indecisive. "First time visit to Daytona Dealership" Because of my work schedule this week I chose to go to the Daytona dealership for service. Everyone was very helpful ,friendly and professional. The shuttle service was very convenient , Thank you! I only wish they had some lunch items in their snack bar as my appointment was at 12;30 I had no time to grab any food, I did survive on one of their yummy cookies for the rest of the afternoon.
