I purchased my 5 series 4 years ago at Fields and couldn't be happier. The service at this facility is bar none the best I have ever gotten at any dealership. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will be in the market for another BMW soon and have no doubt that I will purchase it from Fields again.

I have been doing business with Matthew Hoffmann for approximately ten years. He has always been very friendly and willing to help with any problem that may arise. Additionally, he is very easy to do business with. In my opinion, BMW automobiles are some of the best automobiles on the road today. I have used this dealership and sales consultant before and have been very satisfied with both the dealership and the salesperson.I have a BMW dealership twenty minutes from where i live but choose to drive an hour and a half to this dealership because of the positive experiences and professionalism of the entire dealership.

I chose to return to Fields BMW for my second BMW because of Diane Karel. She was and is the best sales person I've ever dealt with. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and courteous thought out the whole process of buying my car and owning my car. I know she'll be there anytime to answer my questions. Even though, Diane is now a salesperson for Fields VW, I went there to find her because I knew she could still help me.

I went in to purchase some parts for our car and the Parts department checked to see if we were up to date on our recalls. This saved me from purchasing some parts. The service department quickly had me set up to perform the recalls. The day they had the car Robert called as he said he would to keep me posted on the progress of our repairs. When we got there to pick up the car we were greeted by Robert and he personally escorted us to our repaired and freshly cleaned vehicle.
