This is my second BMW and Fields has given me nothing but top drawer sales and service.I can't think of anything they have not done to make my visits enjoyabe and quick. They didn't even laugh at me when I super glued my phone button. They are a great bunch and worth their colective weight in gold to all of us who use them.

My CSA was very helpful to me during my service appointment. He has a great personality and really makes you feel like a valued customer, which is a rare talent. The customer service offered by Fields and my treatment upon returning for service makes me glad I bought my BMW.

My vehicle is a 2003 Z-4. It is the first BMW I have ever owned. I have moved twice since I purchased my vehcile. I have had it serviced at three different BMW dealers. The Daytona dealership is a pleasure to visit. For goodness sakes they even serve breakfast. Their employees are knowledgeable, very polite and they certainly take time to answer all your questions.

My car broke down on I95 on the Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. When I got my car to the shop, it was 10 minutes before closing time. The service team kept the department open late and looked at my car only to find out that it was a serious repair that wasn't going to be able to be fixed right then. Without missing a beat, they provided me a loaner car on the spot and sent me on my way to get back to my mini-vacation. I can't say enough good things about both Chris and Jason at Field's BMW Daytona!

"Fields BMW accepted my deposit, approved my BMW financing..." Fields BMW accepted my deposit, approved my BMW financing and then sold the car out from under me. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Go elsewhere!
