"service" I wasn't happy when I brought my car in and told the service guy that my engine light came on saying that I needed fluid. He opened the hood and told me the fluid level looked good. I asked him to check the car just in case there was a problem. About 90 minutes later he told me that it needed a seal and it should be about 2 days. I didn't hear from anyone for about 2 weeks. When I called to see if my part came in the guy in the parts dept. told me that my water pump came in. I said really. I was told it was a seal.... read more
"Service on 1997 Z3" The service and atmosphere was exceptional. However, a quote of $509.00 to replace my radio antena has become the joke of the week in my large condo complex.
"Flat Tire" The tire blew but I was able to drive home and 10 miles to you guys the next day . I called Jason who gave me a fair price for a new tire . As soon as I arrived Jason took the car and had two new tires and aligned in a reasonable amount of time .
"Out of warranty service [Oil Change] " I have been coming to Fields for a number of years for in and out of warranty service and as always I'm very happy with this tea;ership.
"BMW The ultimate driving machine when it RUNS!!" The dealer was fine . over the 7 year we have owned our BMW X5 M (Purchased New 2012 for $107,000.00 with Extended Warranty) it's only been serviced at BMW dealers. The BMW has been in BMW service Departments for a total of 1 year on and off (5 months the longest) so we have had use of the BMW for only 6 year total ! PS: BMW North America was no help at all.
