"Very disappointing experience with the service department..." Very disappointing experience with the service department there. Had to have my car there twice in ten days, no loaner, took over two hours both times. Left a message for the department manager and was told he would call me back, twice. He never did!! Wish I had gone back to Audi. I have only had my car for 7 months and it has had one issue after the other.

Chris and Dave helped me get a warranty repair on my 2019 X3 with little or no notice; even provided a 530i for me to drive while they did the quick fix of a lower flap and actuator. I insist we get all our family's vehicles from Fields BMW.

"Time to revisit Sales 101" I called and spoke to Joe the sales manager and right away I could tell I was bothering him. He was very brash and rude. I gave him my name, which he never addressed me by. (sales 101) I wanted several of my questions answered about their warranty policy and I was immediately asked to visit the dealership (their way of getting me in and holding me hostage.) Before I even made my first payment there was an oil leak discovered as well as bad rear breaks. Indicator lights started coming on a just weeks after having it. They sold a lemon and I have to pay for it! It is so dishonest to know about issues with a care, sell it and never tell the buyer. I wouldn't even do that to people I have NO respect for. How lame.

"Expect more from a franchise, branded dealer like Fields." This is a hard one to rate...
