Jack Gomes is a very good sales man. He got me what I wanted. I will recommend him to anyone that wants a BMW. I will keep coming back.
Sales consultant was very good, knowledgable and helpful. Overall everyone was nice including the financial person. Andre is an excent sales person.. Gave me all options, different prices, showed me numerous cars and guided me to get the wright car.
Long story short, Eric is probably the best service rep I have worked with, not just in car service but overall customer service experiences I have ever had. The man is always good to get back to you with answers and is just supremely helpful! I cannot overstate the quality of Park Ave BMW staff. Eric is the man to talk to when in a pinch. Also a shout out to Victor Giusfredi who helped me with my car purchase. I am quite certain I am now a lifelong BMW customer and only with Park Ave BMW. 10/10, absolutely recommended!

I had bought a new series 7 and i needed racks which when i looked at the car during the decision process it had what looked like the push doors for a rack on the roof. a couple of weeks after delivery i started to investigate putting a BMW roof rack to discover that it did not exist for the Series 7 2015. i had such a good experience during the buying experience i contacted my salesman Sabit who did the research.. Stopped by the dealership on a Saturday and met Sabit in person. We looked at some different cars and Sabit knew every detail about each model. I thought about it on Sunday. Sabit contacted me on Monday with a deal on a new BMW 650xi that I could not refuse. I recently moved to FL but lived in NJ for 26 years, and I always leased and got my cars serviced at Park Ave BMW. At Park Ave I was always treated with respect, kept updated and informed, and departed satisfied.
