Went to Park Ave just to look. We met Dan. He was extremely informative. We were not ready to make a decision on the first day. He was not pushy and did not make us feel uncomfortable. Called him the next day and asked if he and Park Ave could do better on the lease rate. Dan and Park Ave were able to accommodate us and so now we have our new BMW 320i. We are very happy with the car and our experience with Dan. Also, Alex, who took us on a test drive, was very helpful.

David is the man to see if your in the market for a BM. He is a no BS kind of guy and he made the whole process incredibly easy and painless. The whole deal was done in about 2 hours and I wound up getting an even nicer car than I was originally looking at for a better price than the first car.
I took my 2011 128i to get service because the oil light was on and all four tires needed air. I needed an oil change and didn't know if my tires were good or leaking air. I had all these lights going off while also needing to renew my inspection sticker with the DMV. Thankfully I got Stefanie as my service adviser!
