This was me and my wife's first BMW and we are beyond satisfied with our experience. We went to multiple dealerships and Park Ave was our #1 choice especially after meeting Heather! She made our buying experience an absolute pleasure and listened to all of needs! We ended up ordering a 2016 X6 in Flamenco Red with Cognac interior since it couldn't be located. This was my best experience purchasing a car! So helpful and friendly! I love my car and its white too!! They found the car I was looking for, so happy!! The customer service was great! I will definitely do business with Park Ave BMW in the future! Will def recommend people to come here!!!
Heather was great, although we scheduled a few appointments with her and ended up not being able to make it in, she always followed up and when we eventually made it, she was very helpful, had our file right on her desk and was a pleasure to deal with. We also dealt with Gil, who eventhough is no longer part of the sales team, treated us like family once again. The gentleman who assisted us with the lease return, was also very nice.
Great customer service, Victor was very patient with the sales and did not pressure me. He made me feel I was in control and he helped me make my decision.
Jack Gomes was friendly, professional, and very helpful in both of my purchase experiences at park Ave BMW. One of the other reasons I went back to Park Ave is because of their outstanding service.
