Purchased a BMW years ago from Park Avenue Motors and my experience was an excellent one. I now returned, after moving back from New England, to Park Avenue Motors to lease a diesel powered 328D x Drive wagon and the experience was still excellent.
Tina was so helpful. She went the extra mile to locate exactly what I wanted. The car wasn't even in the system yet, and she did some research after she patiently listened to what I was looking for.

I had the best experience with both Sabit and Ruben. They gave stellar service, it was a great experience. They made sure that the purchase of my first BMW was special, and that it was smooth, and that's what mattered to me most. I was in the market for a 328xi GT and actually at a different dealer when I called BMW Park Ave. the other dealer had sold the car I had my eye on and Park Ave had one in stock. Spoke to Victor and he asked what we wanted and called back right away with a great offer. No back and forth silly negotiations. Drove over there and signed the deal. That's how it should be.
